Policies

  1. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge by 3pm on the day of arrival. If you have booked through a 3rd party website, you must cancel your reservation through the source of booking – their cancellation policy may be different and is enforceable.
  2. Our “Quiet Time” policy is strictly enforced.  It is from 10pm to 7am.  Any complaints will result in the Sheriffs coming to remove you from the property.
  3. Parking: each guest room is allotted one (1) parking spot only.  Your vehicle must be registered at check in.  All vehicles not registered will be towed away at the vehicle owners expense and without notice. Any additional vehicles or vehicles with trailers must use street parking in from of the Inn.
  4. Pet are allowed with a paid fee in specific rooms only.  Any pets in non pet rooms will be charged $100 undeclared pet fee per pet per night.  Pets are not to be left alone in room.  Once its determined a pet is left alone in a room, the pet(s) will be removed by animal control.
  5. Coastside Inn is a non-smoking property.  This includes all types of smoking/vaping. If its determined you have smoke in or near your  room, you will be charged $200 for a smoking fee.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area of the inn.
  6. Lost and Found items are kept for one week only (7 days).  If you have left an item and wish to have it returned, you will need to provide a self address stamp envelope/box for it to be returned.  If the item is left after 7 days, it will be discarded.
  7. Coastside Inn property is monitored by security camera’s in all common areas and in some location there is audio recorded.  Please be aware that monitoring is 24 hours.  Any illegal activity will be reported immediately to the Sheriff’s department.
